How to produce the Aluminum Profiles?

Known for their lightweight, aesthetic appeal, resistance to weathering, ease of being processed, and fire-resistant properties, aluminum alloy decorative strips have found their way into numerous interior decoration applications and have gained much popularity. Have you ever wondered about the production process of these strips?

       Raw Material:

At Dongri factory, we produce exclusively with high-grade aluminum billets, and we conduct incoming inspections on all materials to reject any that contain recycled aluminum.

Moulding:

With more than 2,000 different molds in our inventory, we can meet a wide array of customer demands for size and shape. Moreover, we are capable of producing new molds in 7-10 days, based on either design drawings or actual samples provided by our clients.

Extrusion：

Put the heated circular cast bars into the  extrusion machine, and form them by extruding through a mold to obtain the required aluminum alloy sections.

Anti aging：

After extrusion, the aluminum material typically goes through an 8-12 hour heat treatment strengthening cycle to achieve the required hardness for the manufacturing process.

 Cutting：

After aging, the aluminum material is subject to a second quality inspection, and only those that pass will be cut, ensuring the product's quality is top-notch。

Deep Processing:

The aluminum material is milled to meet customer demands, creating the necessary shapes and outlines by CNC Machine.

Surface Treatment：

Our aluminum alloy profiles are treated with both oxidation and spray coating to improve their resilience against corrosion and wear, while also enhancing their visual appeal.

    Finished Product Packing：

Once the surface treatment is finished, the Quality Control team will carry out a third quality inspection, assessing dimensions, oxide layer thickness, spray coating shine, color variation, and more.The inspected and surface-treated aluminum alloy profiles are packed according to customer needs, ensuring ease of transportation and utilization.

Shipment:

    We send out the packaged aluminum alloy profiles to our clients.

The manufacturing sequence is quite elaborate, encompassing steps such as extrusion, aging, anodizing, electrophoresis treatment, powder coating.We maintain strict quality control throughout each stage to ensure all the goods in premium quality.
